<p>Do colleges care how many times you take the ACT? I've taken it a few, and each time I've went up, but someone recently told me that whenever you take it more than one or two times, colleges don't like it. Is this true, or did this person just not know what he was talking about?</p>
<p>There was an admissions rep at my daughters school last week ENCOURAGING them to retake for good scores. They want their prospective students to have good scores. Our school is not a competitive high school, and I appreciated that she gave that advice. </p>
<p>Maybe it’s different with Harvard though. It seems to me though that willingness to subject oneself to hours of testing it to be admired really.</p>
