So I originally got a 2000 on my SAT but got rejected from all the schools that I actually wanted to go to, if i was planning on transfering colleges after my first year or second year of college would it be benificial for me to retake the SAT and try for a higher score or would that not matter?

When colleges evaluate soph transfers, applicants have only completed 1 sem and perhaps a midterm report for sp sem. Therefore, the HS record (gpa & rigor) and test scores are still given substantial weight. As a jr transfer, test scores are much less important and some schools will not require that you report them.

Okay but will they look at the SAT scores I got in high school or any SAT scores? Like lets say one that i got post high school that may be higher.

Colleges are most interested in your highest score. Will they discount one taken in college? Truthfully, I’m not sure.
