Do they look at SAT scores when you transfer?

<p>I'm hoping to transfer from a Canadian university to a US one after I finish my first year here. I would be willing to write the SAT (and the SAT II's) if it will boost my chances of getting into a good US college.</p>

<p>Can anyone tell me if it would be a smart move to do this?</p>

<p>It depends entirely on the school you’re applying to. Some don’t look at standardized tests if you’ve completed a certain number of college credits, others require them for all transfer applicants. In general test scores are most important for soph than for jr transfers.</p>
