<p>After reading most of the posts here, I feel that we Revellers must band together! It’s a shame that some members are belittling us as monotoned, anti-social, nerdy beings. Revelle is rumored to have the most rigorous GEs, and for its extreme competitiveness. But so what, I think the more competitive it is, the better it prepares us for the real world. Besides, I think most of us who applied to Revelle preferred a more productive life than a party life. But that doesn’t mean we are book worms! We can be huge partiers, it’s just that for most of us, academics are our priority. So why don’t we discuss about ourselves, so that when meet again at Revelle, we can reunite and hopefully become good friends. Sounds good?</p>

<p>I have nothing against Sixth College, I think its a great school with the character of its own. I seriously don't think one can compare his/her college to another college since your opinions will be strictly bias. But I'm sure Michael's aim was to find who was going to Revelle, and to get to know them better. Anyways, congratulations to all of you guys for making it in!</p>
<p>To start, Congrats to everyone for getting in! I just got accepted into Revelle and i realized quickly that i didn't know the first thing about the school. I researched SD alot before i applied but i guess i didn't realize that Revelle was known to be the most challenging and pre-med driven college. With that said...i am a history major from LA. I got rejected from UCLA but im still keepin my fingers crossed for Berkeley, though i really don't think that will work out so im really trying to get excited about SD. However, the negative stigma of Revelleians is making that tough, so i hope there are some more people that are happy to be at SD and in Revelle.</p>
<p>i'm still split between going to ucla or sd but yea i'm in revelle :) and i do tae kwon doe haha but i quit kinda junior yr wen things gotta busy. What i've being hearing of revelle being the toughest college and my major is intimidating me to reconsider my future.</p>
<p>Isn't Revelle supposed to be scientific or something? It was my first choice... I got in... and now I have no idea why I picked it. I don't think I'll be attending anyways.</p>
<p>BTW, I put Political Science as my major, but I've changed my mind since I filled out the UC app. So... are you admitted into a major? or into the school?</p>

<p>i got in for bioengineering pre-med. i'm excited and intimidated about it. ucla's looking a bit nicer cuz my major can be more bio related than engineering. I sure hope Revelle isn't all that nerdy cuz i go to a nerdy asian skool in norcal and i want out of it. I want in on social life and not hit the books hard all day. I like to have fun so if i do end up going to REVELLE it better be fun or i'm counting on u CCers to make it fun if i meet u guys there haha.</p>
<p>erm, i really dont think revelle is for you then...i mean, YOU can make it fun, and if we run into eachother, then WE can make it fun, but i think majority of revelle students are serious...</p>
<p>and if you want a social life, go to UCLA! see, i dont care for the party scene, maybe every now and then but i keep myself amused...but yeah, UCLA is notorious for underwear parties haha</p>
<p>ive tried looking for pictures of it, and i found like, two, but htey barely showed anything...but from the little i saw it looked cool, but ive been talking to a lof of UCSD students on myspace.com and asking them about hte revelle dorms and stuff, and everyone says that are not as up to par as all the others because they are the oldest. and ive heard different answers for how the food it. i think Revelle might have the second to worst dorms, so i have heard from other UCSD students anyway</p>
