Hello everyone, I need your help since my mom insists that I need to participate in an ACT course. I have never done any prep course, the first time I took ACT without studying I got 19. I just took it last week and I am expecting a much higher score since I have been doing the practice tests from the red book. I am planning on taking the test on October 27, 2012. I need to get a 30 on the ACT, what do you think is best for me to do? Do you think I should start the prep course with REVOLUTION? Thank you! :D

I found it to be very helpful

Get [The ACT Study Guide: The Best Way to Study for the ACT](http://actstudyguide.com), and just take a bunch of practice tests. All those Kaplan and Revolution places are pretty expensive and teach pretty much the same things.

Practice tests will help you the most, though, so if you can find some of those and then practice your test taking strategies and stuff, you should be good to go.
