Rice alumnus interview: Do they know your activities, scores and grades?

I have an interview in the near future with a rice alumnus. Do they know our EC’s , grades and scores? Do I have to assume that they know nothing about me except that I am applying to Rice?

My interviewer specifically told me “they told me to write a report based on the talk here” after i asked her if she wanted my resume/transcript/etc. The interviews are a way for the admission counselors to see another side of you, so no the interviewers shouldnt know about your application.

I’m not a Rice alum, but I interview for my alma mater (another top private), and we are given a very basic outline of the applicants prior to the interviews (name, race, high school, legacy or not, academic interests, ec interests).

We don’t get transcripts or test scores. They aren’t pertinent to the interview.

I’m a Rice alumni interviewer, and we are given only the student’s name, high school, graduation year and contact info.
