<p>Is the deadline for Rice/Baylor Program postmarked or receiving?
If receiving, then I'm screwed since I have to do express mail and who knows when it will get there...
I did not have time to do any serious college app work until Thanksgiving break and I worked on the main applications first before doing any for programs and such.

<p>haha whenever there is a deadline to mail ANYTHING in, it means postmark deadline. this goes for college apps, taxes, scholarships etc…</p>
<p>Thank goodness. I found out about the whole Rice/Baylor program literally a few weeks ago, thought it was interesting, so I’m going to finish my apps for it tonight and mail it out on Monday:)</p>
