<p>LOL, there are most definitely owls on the Rice campus, and it is baby season. Many a student has had a visit from the parent owls.</p>
<p>RUPD has now taped off the area to allow the babies (and parents) to be in peace. Luckily they will be soon as finals finish up and students move out.</p>
