<p>as of a couple of weeks ago, they weren't accepting nominations yet. I'm guessing next month.</p>

<p>schools have to nominate students. Ask your counselors about it.</p>
<p>My school's guidance office handed the top 5% of the class the application already. They told me to handed it in before May 13th or something close to that.</p>
