Rogers hall

What is exactly rogers hall? I heard it was only for international students.... The only reason why i'm asking is because i want to stay on campus again next year but im curious as to what that hall is. I heard it was apartment style, which is nice. Does anyone know the price per month? and can you do a 12 month lease?

Rogers is on the west side of campus, it is NOT at alumni village, but it is contracted and priced LIKE alumni village. The lease is month to month. It is for upperclassman. It is not restricted to internationals.

Rogers is month-to-month, unlike any other on-campus housing. The application to live there is completely separate from any other building; if you want to live there you are supposed to cancel any application to other on-campus housing and fill out the one that is specific to Rogers.

As for what it costs, I don’t know what the monthly rate is this year, but last year it was right around $575/month. Plus, during the first month you have to also pay for your on-campus PO Box, which runs $23/semester this year (and was $20/semester last year, so it’ll probably be around $25/semester next year). Likely, the going rate this year is somewhere around $600/month.

Rogers is situated on campus between Kellum and McCollum. It’s on the west side.
