Rolling Admissions at UM & ED at other schools?

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I was wondering what the policy is regarding early decision at other schools. If one is to apply to University of Michigan early, say in August, and get in - can he or she still apply ED for other schools? Or would it have to be done the other way around - wait for the reply from the ED school, and if deferred/rejected, only then apply for UM?</p>

<p>You would have to check the exact policy of the ED school. My son did this with Columbia (UM very early, then CU) with no problem.</p>
