Honestly, I don’t know how they do it. I’m assuming- and since it’s Housing, most likely whatever makes the most logical sense is going to be the exact opposite of what they do- that they would get their list of who is moving out, and then finalize any reassignments that might be left before they assigned anyone.

But you only have to notify housing that you’re moving our by December 1, and many Spring assignments are made well before then, so it’s tough to say what they actually do.

I live w the most passive aggressive girl ever.
I didn’t want to cover a vent. If she wants to cover it more power to her, but it’s not my issue. She tried to make it my issue. This is the same girl who hasn’t cleaned up in over a month and had her stuff on every surface in the apartment.
So instead of her being an adult about the situation she makes noise and try’s to bother me while I’m studying.
I called her out on it and she does the PA thing of acting like nothing is wrong and then mutters something in Mandarin under her breath. She then wakes up and is insanely loud literally opening and slamming drawers for no reason other than to disturb my sleep blast straw was her slamming the bedroom door so loudly my heart jumped.
Called her out on it and she stares blankly. She does not have a soul and claims herself to be an adult. I told her to just look up PA in the dictionary.
Housing are so slow and really frustrating me. I have no option but to just move off campus and look for an apartment.

@Nolette Yep, I initially had one, so it wasn’t a problem. I just found out recently that the person before me had to leave the room because he didn’t have a meal plan. My luck is amazing.

Anyway, does Reynolds have a communal bathroom anywhere? Occasionally, my suite mates forget to unlock my door, so I’m locked out from the bathroom. They eventually realize their mistake, but it’d still be nice to have a bathroom nearby to use whenever. Otherwise, teach me how to pick the lock? Haha.

I’m moving out and I’ll be paying a hell of a lot less than either of the apartments I requested on campus.
Screw housing, they’re not getting any more money from me and I’m tired of all the drunk morons outside of Rogers. Living on campus is a huge waste of money.

I moves out. Housing have to be the most useless bunch of people ever. They do not care about anything except money. They lied to me repeatedly and wasted so much of my time. I will never recommend a transfer student or upperclassman to live on campus. Such a waste of time and money. I’m currently paying WAY less for way more space and I’m near campus. My health and grades suffered because they refused to even listen to me or even give me advice on what I should do about housing options on campus. Isn’t that their job? What is it they do anyway besides lie to you?
But yeah they lied to me and didn’t even put in my request and just told me they did.
