<p>M-5: For me, it changed back to where I could update choices and such BEFORE I received my assignment. So i’m sure it’s fine. When you get your dorm it’ll stay that way anyway in case you want to update yourself to be put on the waitlist for reassignment</p>

<p>aww “vstexas09” i feel bad for youu! haha one of my guy friends got put in simkins his freshman year and absolutely hated itt. you always have a shot on the waitlist though if some rooms open up</p>
<p>i think both of the jester’s are pretty much same. most of the athletes stay in jester east and they remodeled the 4th,5th, and 6th floors in east to make them a little better.</p>

<p>ikari, are you in the honors program? if so, they should’ve automatically put you into an honors dorm if you’re in the honors program and asked to be placed in honors housing. you might want to call in instead of just asking to be put on the waitlist</p>

<p>the numbers after your dorm is your actual room, right? the first number is your floor and the next 3 is the room number?</p>
<p>Yes. Depending on the dorm though you may have less numbers. Mine’s just 3 digits for floor+room.</p>
