Hello guys, I'm having a bit of a problem with my roommate. We live in a double and so we each have our own closets. I've noticed for a while that he alters the stuff that's in my closet(I think sometimes I only notice it because I'm observant) but other times its quite noticeable, especially with my towel for whatever reason he likes to touch my towel. Well yesterday I told him I'd appreciate it if he didn't alter my towel or the stuff in my closet and I could tell it annoyed him. So the next morning (today) I set up my webcam to see if he still did anything to my closet. Well he and his brother came in talked about me for quite a bit and then his brother moved my towel and kicked a box that was in my closet and they both did pull ups on the bar. At this point I'm really ****ed and am wondering what you think I should do? Oh, and by the way it used to be a late-application triple but the third guy moved out after a fight with the same roommate.

You definitely should talk with the RA and show him the video, he will take action about that, if that don’t seems to work, you can go to the Deans of Students [Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution | The Dean of Students Office | University of Florida](http://www.dso.ufl.edu/sccr/currentstudents.php) and talk to someone that can help you there. Good luck!

Thanks Ir, I sent an email to RA and I plan to show him the video

Do you know why he would even want to touch your stuff? It just seems random that he would want to touch your towel and clothes. Normally, the complaints RA’s get are eating the other persons food, cleanliness of the room, temperature, # of guest, bedtime. I wouldn’t know what to do for just random touch of things you your closet. Most likely the RA will get the gator-2-gator contract and go through it with you two and if there is still a problem the RA will refer the situation to their GHD, which is one of their supervisors.
