Has anyone heard anything from them yet??? This is my top school and I’m so nervous, I really want to go here and just want to hear and get it over with ya know. I honestly believe that waiting is the hardest part for me.

There website says they will be sending them late march, so everytone receives by APril 1. It is also high on my list, I guess we have to keep waiting for a bit! :(

Hey guys. I’m a freshman MT here at CCPA and from my knowledge letters are going to start to be sent out within the next week. However, I don’t know how many…

If you (or anyone on CC) have any questions about the program, feel free to let me know! I know the waiting is stressful, but it’s almost over!! I wish you guys the best of luck.

Thanks so much for letting us know thats awesome of you. I was just wondering if you knew if they called if you got accepted or if they just sent a letter. I just want to know cause I’d rather know my chances ya know?

I am almost positive they are just sending letters again this year. That’s how it went last year. And again, I don’t have an official information, but this is just what I have been told!

Got my rejection letter today. Onward and upward!

My son got a letter today as well. I am sick with anticipation, although it is a pretty thin envelope. I fear the worst, and this was his top school as well. Fingers crossed!
Good luck to everyone!

Goodluck opening! Thin letters don’t mean much! One of my acceptance letters was a mere piece of paper! Good luck everyone!

I was also told they sent some out this past week. When the acceptance came to our house it was in an 8x10 sized envelope. This does not mean that is how they are doing it this year. We also recieved a “thin” envelope around the same time. So hold on to hope! Good luck everyone. I think this school has been nothing short of amazing as far as the staff and the opportunities!

My d received her letter yesterday…she’s on the waitlist. She auditioned at Chicago Unifieds.

I found out 2 days ago that I was accepted for musical theatre! They told me that majority of people won’t find out until at least March 15th though.

My d found out today that she was accepted to the BFA Acting Program. It was a large envelope containing more than just a letter.

accepted as well! congrats everyone!

My D got her 8x10 envelope yesterday with the good news for MT.

Congrats! Hope to see everyone next year!
It goes quickly… believe me.

I received my acceptance a few days ago!

I am an international student, so I recieved an email saying “Congratulations! By now you should have received an acceptance letter from our Theatre School…etc” with some more information but I am still waiting for my acceptance package (the postal system in my country is terrible).

I have a lot of questions about Roosevelt that I posted in the following link:
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/theater-drama-majors/877207-questions-about-roosevelt-ccpa.html

if anyone can help me by answering any of those questions, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks!

Does anyone know if the talent scholarship money, if any, is included in the student financial awards letter they send and when should we expect it.? If my D can afford this school we will need to go to Chicago ASAP to take a look.

My Daughter just received her letter in the mail. It was a wait list letter. Does anyone know if there is still a chance she gets an acceptance an how it works? Not sure how many kids get accepted and the number that get put on a wait list.

Thanks

I received my letter saying that I was wait listed last week (I auditioned at the Chicago Unifieds). Does anyone know how Roosevelt’s wait list works?

nightingal, have you received anything yet on getting off the waitlist?
