<p>Again, it does not matter. You go to masters degree not because your school lets you, but because you do well and decide to. Most graduate programs do not care that much where you came from.</p>
<p>I can tell you that if you want to do research at Rose and you are anything near competent there are opportunities for you. Your name probably wont end up in any big name science journals but you probably will be published if you wish to take the research route. For CS majors there is a Senior Thesis option but for EE at Rose there is not. Lastly on the academic side going to Rose will not prevent you from getting into any school for a masters. Now on the life side… Terre Haute is bar none the worst small town I have ever seen. It is a 1 hour drive to anything interesting the food is bad (Terre Haute still has every chain that has died everywhere else in the us) and they seem to have a serious love for stabbing each other (maybe they are doing this as a favor?).</p>
<p>Personally though I have had a very good on campus experience. The profs are great for the most part and every prof I have met has an open door policy. The students are generally willing to help you out as long as you are trying. </p>
<p>I cant speak of the other schools as I have not been there best of luck deciding.</p>
