I wanted to see CCRB but its closed for renovation. I'm at Markley so that is the closest one to my dorm (about 0.8 miles). The Ross gym is more than double the distance, but most my classes will be in LSA so I guess going to Ross won't be a problem, plus I am a pre-admit so might have to visit there quite often anyways. Which gym is better to use? Does the CCRB get overcrowded?

Oh yea and another completely random question, are there safe places to keep my passport? like some lockers around campus that are secure. TCF doesnt offer deposit boxes anymore

a ross gym?? i didn’t know it exists. *** it doesnt even make sense considering that we have a gym in each campus.

ccrb gets really crowded on weekdays during the school yr, check it out before u take my word for it though.
ccrb reopens tomorrow i think…

There’s a gym on the basement floor.

I’ve never known anyone to not just keep it in their room somewhere. I’ve just always kept it in my desk.

stick with the CCRB… the ross gym costs money.

If you can go during the afternoon (before 4-5 PM), the CCRB is pretty empty…at least it was last year, depending on what you use (the squat racks/bench presses/etc were pretty empty).

Ross Gym is 4000X better. If you can do it and you have the extra money it is well worth the investment. I only went their last year, much nicer: nicer lockers, nicer equipment, cleaner, not crowded, do it!

one has to pay? oh hell no i certainly wont do it

yes, i think it’s $100 per semester, only open to ross students or pre-admits i believe

Ccrb .

Really? I can’t believe this distance is accurate…

Checking it with google maps … looks like you’re talking 0.35 miles, if you’re at the very far end of Markley.

^ i was just gonna say lol

i went to ccrb all the time last yr, it was only like 5 min walk

Thx for all your help, think I’m going stick with CCRB. As for my passport I’m a little paranoid with things like that because I lose stuff often so I don’t even want to take small chances with important documents. And I checked the distance on google maps too, but it showed the distance in a car. I didnt notice it at the time. So my bad, yea walking would be more like 0.35
