Rough Second Semester

So I started freshman year with a 3.4 GPA as a Physics major. First semester ended with 3.4 as mentioned before, but this semester was rough. My Calculus teacher is not great at lecturing, and my mononucleosis coupled with outside issues had stress bearing down on me like no ones business. Other people might have withdrawn from college under the same stress methinks. Anyway, I may be at risk for receiving a D in Calc, and a C in Physics, offset by three As in my other course. I am thinking of switching to Psychology, qmd am curious as to whether this setback will destroy my chances later at Grad School and eventually a PhD. Note that this performance is not what I usually perform at, meaning this semester is likely going to appear as an Outlier. Any advice as to my chances?
