I did see a conv thread from 2018 that is closed now. My daughter got offered Rowan Choice. How simple is it to transfer after year 1 onto Rowan Univ? Are there any gotchas. At the end of year 1 if Rowan Univ has some gotchas that help them say no, what are options for year 2. As in, will the credits she earn help in applying in a entirely diff univ as a transfer? How about continuing all 4 years at RCGC under choice? Will that count as a bachelor degree?
