I have been admitted to RPI and Penn State for aerospace engineering, and admitted to Pratt for architecture design.
I really like architecture design, but I think an engineering degree is probably easier to get a job and get higher salary. I don’t know which one should I choose. I can’t give up on what I really like, but I don’t want to let my parents pay this expensive tuition and can’t get a job or get a hard-work job that doesn’t make any money later.
RPI is the most expensive one, but I heard that RPI graduates have a very high employment rate. It’s upper NY state.
PSU is cheaper than RPI, and its aerospace program ranks high on US NEWS, but you know, ranking does not mean everything (and RPI even ranks higher for the “National Universities ranking”). PSU have more free electives courses to choose. I probably can minor arch in PSU, but I am not sure. And I don’t know whether PSU have many required social studies courses.
Pratt is very good for architecture design. It gives me $24,000 scholarship each year. And it’s in NYC.
WHERE SHOULD I GO???
