@meaa7130 Yes. I emailed her. And she replied with what I just posted. That it will be after 3/15.
Urgh based on the Tues/Thurs/Tues so far, that means it’ll come out on the 17th.

@meaa7130 I’m not sure they put as much thought into the statistical likelihood of the day of the week and the number days from the application being due etc as people on this thread do. Sounded like they release the results when they have determined what they are. Human factors, not statistical ones. 
Not surprised at the date given that apps were due fairly late (3/20) and they may have lost some days due to snow.
Ah, I had not factored in the snopocalypse. Alas, we must wait for two more weeks. Sadness.

Last week I emailed Ms. Ballestero and she said they were already in a committee meeting. I wonder how long they take to decide the finalists?
Yeah i’m a little surprised results aren’t coming out for another two weeks if they’re already in committee review
I’m sure making the last couple calls is very difficult though
everyone who’s left must be uber qualified by that point
Don’t they always say that results will be released in late March and then the results come in early or mid March?
Yeah that is true…Last year they released the first week of March, so hopefully they will release earlier than they claim
But if Ms. Ballestero herself said they wouldn’t come out, then I doubt they actually will. It just says on their website that results should come out mid to late March. No one actually said that directly.
If she said that they’re gonna come out after 3/15, even though they may have been delayed a couple of days because of the weather, this year’s pool of kids must be incredibly qualified, making it hard to choose. Dang.
I would not be too surprised if they still came out early. Next Tuesday maybe?
