I'm a junior in New York. I'm wondering what my chances are for RSI.

-My school has a weird way of converting GPA to /4.0, so I'll say I have about 97.4%.
-1/320ish
-PSAT: 221, 73CR/76M/72W (four points for one problem!)
-SAT: 770V/800M (taken after bad PSAT)
-SAT 2: none yet, although I'll take IIC before the registration deadline
-AMC-12/AIME: 116/5
-AP: calc BC, world history, stats, and computer science AB, 5s on all of them

EC:
-science olympiad since seventh grade
-vice president of school math team the first year any sort of officers existed
-#1 freshman and sophomore in the local math league in respective years
-founder of a math team that came in 11th in AHSIMC and will hopefully go to HMMT

I have no research experience whatsoever.

I don't like bumping.

This is stupid. Bump.

Knowing the people in my school who went to rsi, I would say that one of the most important things is that you show devotion in whatever area you are interested in, and specifically work to improve your knowledge in that subject. Perfect scores won't get you in, because everyone who applies has them. You need to show that you're outstanding in the area you wish to pursue. Our school's rsi student last summer was a math genius. He won almost every math competition he ever went to, and had already taken university courses as a junior. The one the summer before that was an all-around genius. I'm not sure what qualifications she had when applying to rsi, but she was the alternate for the national chem olympiad team, and a Siemens-Westinghouse semifinalist.

Don't make me BUMP again.

With the information you gave, it doesn't really seem like you stand out. You didn't even say what you wanted to concentrate on in rsi. No one can answer your question here with this profile, unless this is all you've done that's math and science related, and in that case the answer would probably be that you won't get in. You have to show motivation on your own to do extra research or studying, and I don't think that just having extracurriculars is good enough. Everyone applying will have perfect scores, straight a's, and extracurriculars like math club and science olympiad.
