RUsh reporting, please answer

Im applying ED to Upenn. the app deadline is nov. 1.

Im taking Satii's in october and have chosen Upenn to receive my scores regularly. (is this enough time?)

however, im also taking the SAT in Nov and i am going to rush report these scores. When i register for this test do i put Upenn as one of the colleges to send my scores the regular way? or should i not list a college and wait for my scores to come in and then rush report them?

is there a way to decide to rush report them while registering?

id like to know too. bump

As would I.

Same here.

As far as I know, you cannot ask for a rush report until after you get your scores (about three weeks after test day). I would recommend that you check with UPenn admissions before you decide to rush your scores. Depending on how they received score reports (via mail or electronically), some colleges specifically instruct you not to rush score reports. Many (most?) EA/ED schools will accept November test results since they do not actually read applications until early December. I tried to look on the UPenn admissions site, but it looks like, other than a small message about the new SAT and ACT, the admissions testing information hasn't been updated since the 2000-2001 admissions cycle!
