I am looking on collegeboard.com, and it says that it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks to send SAT scores to colleges.

This means that if I pay tonight, my scores will be sent to JHU between 11/24 and 12/9.

If the scores were to arrive at JHU on 12/1 (random date), would they still be considered during the application process or would it be too late by then?

(I guess I'm not completely doomed, since I can always rush my scores to JHU...)

today is the 3rd....i believe my guidance counselor said that collegeboard is sending all scores out on either the 3rd or the 5th, which means ur fine. i was asking him the same thing, and he said that collegeboard send it out like once every month or so, so if u submitted it in like mid october or w/e, it'll not get send til nov 3rd/5th (dont remember which one exactly), but i believe ur fine. im in the same position as u, i just submitted like a few days ago too, so hopefull ur fine.

there is no need to rush SAT scores for your application! Scores from the October exams will absolutely arrive in time to be processed for ED applications. In fact, November exams will also arrive in time and be processed for ED applicants -- the one request is that in your application you note that you have taken November exams. For RD applicants, the latest date exams can be taken and included in review is the January test date.

I failed to catch that comment about marking in the application that I signed up to take the November SAT I. Seeing as I already sent my online app last week, will Hopkins still consider my November scores, given they are received in time?

If there are no problems with the arrival of your November test scores, yes they will be considered. The notation in your application is just to play it safe...but you really shouldn't have anything to worry about.
