I've been on the fence for a while about rushing a sorority. I really can't decide. There seems to be a balanced and never-ending list of pros and cons. Here are my main concerns:

Is it possible to be in a sorority and 2 other clubs/groups as well? Or is this too time-consuming?

Can I rush in the spring or is that only for frats?

Can I quit Greek like if I end up not liking it?

Thanks!

There are very few mandatory events per quarter for sororities (with the exception of Monday meetings every week), so you could probably be in 2 other clubs without it being too time consuming.

MOST sororities do spring rush. Some of the top houses don’t do spring rush because they are at capacity and can’t take any more members.

You can quit, but I know some houses really look down on you for leaving.

I see, thanks.

And are sororities necessarily a 4-year commitment?
