Rushing the RUSH report~ SAT

I’ve just taken my SAT yesterday, and according to the info given by Penn, I have to order a rush report. I’ve read from a few posts here that most people who ordered a rush report personally notified admission officers at penn…is that necessary? Especially if I didn’t specify that I would be taking my SATs in Nov in my application form. Its gonna be a hell lot of trouble for an international student like me to contact them with all the different time-zones and stuff.
Another thing, rush reports usually mean that they are sent out in 2-3 business days…does anyone know whether it means 2-3 days after scores are officially released online or does it mean 2-3 days after the test taken? If it means the former, man, my scores would probably take another few weeks or so to reach the Admissions office…and they probably wouldn’t even be expecting it. SO screwedd…argh.

you can't even order a rush report until your scores are out i think!

yes you can't... only after the scores are out.... by the way, i remembered that there was a part in the application form that requires you to fill in the dates/ subj/ scores of your SATs? i filled in the date and the subjects for tt.. cos i took mine today...

me too

its ok to doo on november if you apply early?

how many did you guys take 2?

i applied early.. and is pretty sure, it'd be in if i rush report... i took 3.. math2, chem and chinese... im banking on them.. cos my SAT1 scores aren't tt great... chinese is a giveaway.. cos i speak chinese at home! i even thought some of the sentences given weren't too correct..

yeah man korean there were lot of mistakes

giveaway for me also

what about the act? do we need to rush oct scores?

yeah.. i sort of realised that too when i tried to send my scores at the collegeboard.com site. So what do you guys recommend? Should I personally notify the admission officers or something ? Like fax/snail mail/email/phonecall to let them know about the rush report thing?
