Hello all,

My name is William and I am a freshman at Brookdale Community College, which is located in Lincroft, NJ but I attend one of their campuses in Hazlet, NJ, since it is closer to my residence. Anyway, I'm already taking a business class and although I'm VERY interested in Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick, I do want to take the chance to apply to other business schools, possibly Wharton as well (wish me luck, it's nearly impossible to get in there). I would just like to know the answers to a couple of questions in regards to business schools.

1.) Which business school offers the best undergraduate business program in the United States?

2.) I have heard very good things about Rutgers and that the New Brunswick business school is VERY competitive. If anyone is an alumni, how was it there? What makes Rutgers Business School one of the top business schools in the nation and well-known in the world?

3.) I'm going to admit it, I did decent in high school. I also never took the SAT or ACT test. However, I am working hard as much as possible right now and I currently have a 3.80 grade point average. I really want a 4.00 grade point average, so let's just say that I do get that 4.00, and I actually do volunteer work (I volunteer as a Chess teacher at my local public library), and I used to be the vice-president of my Model Congress club in high school. If I apply to Wharton and they see this, do you believe that they may consider admitting me? I'm considering doing more volunteer work as well. By the way, I also won an award from the Middle States Association.

As of right now, Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick requires applicants (I will be transferring) to maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5.

I have a 3.80 grade point average out of a 4.00 grade point average, but ever since I started college here at my community college, I've been taking my education very seriously and I do homework, research, and study for about fourteen-sixteen hours a day on my days off and as much as I can when I am done with school, so I REALLY WANT to have a 4.00 grade point average upon graduating and hopefully transferring to Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick.

I am going to be taking these business classes at my current school:

Introduction to Business (currently taking it)
Macroeconomics (ECON105)
Microeconomics (ECON106)
Principles of Accounting I & II
Math131 or ECON225
Math 171
COMP129
COMP126

With my grade point average being a 3.80, and with Rutgers Business School wanting a minimum grade point average of a 3.50, can I safely say that I am going to be accepted? I know for a fact that it is a very competitive business school to get into, so that is the reason why I want to get a 4.00 grade point average. Every bit of information is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot, folks! :)

P.S. I apologize if I use the term "grade point average" a lot. Lately, it's been stuck in my head.
