Rutgers College or School of Engineering?!?

I know it's down to the wire, but I'm debating over whether to enroll in Rutgers College or the School of Engineering. At this point, I'm unsure of whether I want to study civil engineering or go pre-med. I've been told that I should go to the School of Engineering b/c it's the hardest to get into, and I can transfer to the College if I want. On the other hand, I'm thinking that at least at the college, i'd be able to study engineering or pre-med.

Which is a harder school to get into?

Thanks a million!

Both schools are at about the same level of difficulty regarding admission, maybe engineering is slightly harder, but still nothing to base a decision of attendance on.
Since you're interested in engineering, I would suggest starting off at the school of engineering. It's not too difficult to transfer either way, but this way you can get a start on the core engineering classes and decide whether you want to continue. I would also suggest taking biology and other pre-med related classes that first year, so you can make an informed decision as soon as possible.

Thanks for responding. Only thing is I liked the college a bit more. If I study engineering at the college, will my engineering classes be at the school of engineering?

Thanks

I didn't know you could major in engineering at rutgers college, but if you can that sounds like a great idea, and yes any engineering classes would be taken at the school of engineering.
