<p>(1) Rutgers. Because of the price tag and "popularity"
(2) U Maryland College Park- but not by much
(3) Tie- these two schools are practically the same thing. If I had to choose, I would go with RU because of the price tag. But, if you would like to go away from home, pick PennState.</p>

<p>Would you really say Rutgers is a better school then TCNJ? I applied to both (and Maryland CP) and was under the impression that TCNJ was considerably better. It is harder to get into, but I guess that doesn't necessarily imply quality. I do prefer TCNJ for others reasons, though- nicer campus and further from home.</p>
