Do you have to request the school to include your degree GPA on the transcript you send to colleges?
How does it work? Can you also request them to include the GPA that doesn't count the first two years of course?

(1) Go to this site: [url=http://nbregistrar.rutgers.edu/]Rutgers, Office Of The Registrar - New Brunswick/url
(2) Scroll to “Transcripts and Verifications”
(3) Fill out any information that is asked. You use this site to request a copy of your transcript from Rutgers. They’ll mail it to you or you can pick it up in person (if you fill that option out)

The GPA will be on there. Not too sure what you are asking with the last question, but do you mean for them to omit your Freshman and Sophomore grades? I’m not sure if you can do that. I wish I could do that when I apply to graduate school, but it’s not possible. I’m not too crazy about my grades for the last two years. =

I looked at the website. I’m assuming you can’t request the school to provide the degree GPA because that option isn’t listed. So is it just the cumulative GPA on the transcript?

Also, some schools have the option to exclude the first two years in the overall GPA to show the graduate school that you improved significantly in the last two years.
I’m also assuming that’s not an option in Rutgers because that’s not listed in the website.
