Rutgers transfer student.

Okay so here's the deal. I'm currently attending a community college in the state of New Jersey. I will graduate May 2011 with an associates degree on liberal arts general. I really want to continue my education at Rutgers University and since I have been attending a community college for the past two years, I want to live on campus, so I can get "the college experience" at least for the last two-possibly three years that I have remaining. So, my question is: What are some good Suites/Apartments that I can live in? Also, what are possibilities for a trasfer student to get first choice? Or is there a specific place trasnfers are placed for housing?
