<p>Rutgers New Brunswick vs VCU vs Drexel vs Temple vs UMDCP vs UMBC. I orginally have always wanted to go to Rutgers because I live in a black community and I am Asian (Indian). I dont like being one of a few indians in my grade because it is harder to connect with other people. Money doesn't matter right now so don't include it in your decision but which college would be the best? Like social life, academics, opportunities, making asian (indian) friends. Im not trying to be racist its just that my school is like 60-70% black and I just get tired of not connecting culturally with many people. I want to do premed track with my major as biochemistry or premedicine or something like that. So please help me.</p>
<p>Academically, UMD and Rutgers are the best of that group.</p>
<p>As for Asian populations; going by TOTAL enrollment and according to College Board, rounding down (undergrad and grad):
Rutgers: 25% (~10,108)
UMD: 15% (~5,579)
VCU: 18% (~3,810)
Drexel: 12% (~3,060)
Temple: 10% (~3,674)
UMBC: 20% (~2,727)</p>
<p>I don’t know how many of these are Oriental or Indian Asians, but I can tell you for a fact that Rutgers has a significant Indian student population.</p>
