<p>I got an email this morning stating that I did not win. It sounds like the same email which they sent out originally for those who weren’t semifinalists, stating that they “had received 40,000 applications…”</p>
<p>So, I don’t know if I was even one of the three for the region or not. Kind of frustrating…But, congrats to the winners!</p>
