<p>Yes I think they have more scholarship money than they let on. Sometimes semi-finalist means that they are just checking to see if what you said was true. I think a lot of people will end up getting scholarships :)</p>
<p>I emailed them and they said “All applicants will be informed one way or the other by the end of this week.”</p>

<p>This is what ISTS Customer Care replied: “The notifications have not been sent yet, they should be sent via email in mid-June.”

<p>my goodness you guys, chill. Stressing about this won’t change anything, no one knows a thing about this scholarship since it’s first year so we don’t know what to expect. Don’t make assumptions, you’re just bringing people’s hopes up for them to be squashed down later if they get rejected.</p>

<p>I emailed the lady at san dish responsible for the scholarship and she said we should hear back by the end of this week as in june 9th!! Good luck to everyone though!!! :)</p>

<p>There really is 27 scholarships for 4300 semi finalists, I called and followed up with an email. Those are the stats. And some of that will go to the high level schools mentioned in the above replies.<br>
Just dont be crushed if you dont get this award, the chances are slim.
the factor we dont know is how many of the 4300 semi finalists actually got their paperwork in on time, so the competition is less than 4300 im sure.</p>
