<p>For those of you who have been around CC for a while, do you find yourselves becoming increasingly sarcastic toward other posters? For instance, when I saw a thread about the best books I've read, I immediately thought "TIME magazine, because I don't have the attention span for books." Or the instance where there was a thread about being a genius, and I pointed out all the spelling and grammar mistakes in the thread. Perhaps it's just boredom, or I'm actually becoming a sarcastic monster.</p>

Yes. Especially toward new members that don't know how things work, or just really annoying members.</p>

<p>The key is positioning your posts so people are sure if you are serious or sarcastic. It's an art form.</p>

<p>I just noticed that too. It seems to be a new trend on CC nowadays... Everyone wasn't always like this. There were a few with a sharp tongue, but not everyone. The Delete Thread is a perfect example.</p>

<p>It might have something to do with the fact that it's summer. People are spending more time here than ever.</p>

<p>Yes, that's definitely the case. People never should be too sure if you're joking or not. Adds a kick to my life...</p>
