SAT 2 Suggestions?

Hey. I have seen a bunch of people saying take the SAT two tests after taking AP classes that corresponds, but I am taking Full IB courses, so it's not AP, so I don't really know..I need to take three for schools like Harvard Columbia etc. If anyone has any suggestions let me now. Thanks!

Go with what your good at and be sure to supplement with a test prep book (look on cc for book recommendations)
take 3-4 subject tests
Take math 2 in june for sure if you have taken or are taking pre-cal
Your gonna want 700+ in all of your subject tests for top 20 schools
I took:
math2 (after precal + PR prep)
US History (after a regular us history course + amsco book prep)
Chemistry (after AP class and barrons prep)
physicis (after 1 semester of regular physics + lots of PR prep)

all are subjects I enjoyed and all are above 730s
all it takes is prep and dedication

Okay thanks. Does anyone have any suggestions on the Literature SAT 2 test? or what it’s like?

i’m an IB diploma candidate as well. if you plan to take the SAT IIs as a junior, you’ll have to self-study some of the material (especially for science courses) since there will be some topics you haven’t covered in class that will be on the test

Get Kaplan’s SAT II books to review; they’re usually pretty good. idk about lit, but I know that getting an IB diploma instead of taking AP shouldn’t be that big a deal

So, i know this thread is ancient, but for literature, do you think that having taken IB Literature, I’d be okay? Then for Math 2, I’m taking Pre-Calc right now, so I’d take it in October ( is that okay?) and then I need a third… I don’t know what to do… maybe french? Would that work for schools like Harvard and such? I am good, very good, at spanish, but i’m hispanic, but I am taking AP Spanish, so would they accept that?

eek, I heard the Literature SAT II was the hardest one out there. But who knows, maybe you’re smart enough.

oh really?..no… i dunno what to do then. so math, language, is the chem one hard?
