SAT 2's

I'm applying for transfer adimission and have to take them...can i take math 1 and 2 or does one have to be humanities related?

"SAT II Exams:
Two SAT II Exams are strongly recommended: Math 2 and a second of your choice. To register for these exams, go to <a href="http://www.collegeboard.com.">www.collegeboard.com.</a>"

Transfer Student Admission

I would say that while they would accept Math 1, if you could do as well on any other subject test it would add more strength to your application. I don't think it would be a deal breaker, but if it was a really close decision and they were looking for a reason to push you one way or the other, taking a SATII that isn't Math 1 would probably be to your significant advantage.

ok... do you think college physics would be enough to prepare me for the physics sat 2?

I took IB SL Physics, and needed to study. With about 3 days (4-6hrs/day) over fall break spent studying in addition to what I had learned in IB SL Physics, I got a 760.

Just go to a barnes and noble and look at the practice tests for the physics SATII and see how many you can get right, without actually filling them out. Just take note of whether it looks doable or not.

You could also ask on the SAT Subject Test board.
