<p>I took the SAT twice so far. The first time I received a score of 670 in CR 800 in Math and 620 in Writing. The second time around I received a score of 740 in CR 730 in Math and 660 in Writing. I plan to apply to Penn ED. If you were in my place, would you take the SAT a third time to improve the writing score further?</p>

<p>There is a upward trend in SAT score. Try one more time.</p>
<p>2200 isn’t bad, but you have nothing to lose by taking it again. I say study and go for it :)</p>
<p>Nothing wrong with taking it a third time if you feel like you can boost that score. I’m sure you know this but just in case, make sure you have SAT IIs as well.</p>

<p>It’s probably unnecessary, but if you’re feeling unsure, take it again. SAT won’t make you, but your score is high enough that it won’t break you.</p>
