<p>I put that the writers were looking at it from an economical point of view rather than a humanatarian point of view</p>
<p>Also @Arctk I put advise b/c the question was “The fourth paragraph is the authors attempt to…”, and he wasn’t attempting to control his emotions. He was attempting to advise others about what to do.</p>
<p>For the dream one, it was that it was unambiguously positive. Think of it this way - if you were asked to persuade people to do something, if it had only positive things attached, it would be a piece of cake to argue. That’s why it was a speechwriter’s dream, there were ostensibly no disadvantages.</p>

<p>The building houses and the memories of the author’s boyhood probably wasn’t experimental, since a lot of people got that section</p>
