SAT curves

do december SATs usually have a harder curve?

April tends to be harder according to most CCers. I remember the deadly poem translations passage. Nothing can compare. Ask around, it is the general concensus.

Math was very easy for me, but reading was unusually difficult and writing was a bit harder than usual.

December this year was a huge disapointment. The test was so easy but the curve for some reason was horrible. Everyone I know dropped a minimum of 50 points.

does any body know if the october SAT has a hard/easy curve??

I heard October is one of the hardest and worse because thats when many people take it and smart people take it.

Read Post #10 on this thread (or just keep spreading the usual nonsense and rumors):

Thanks entomom!

specify,
You're welcome! This comes up all the time, everyone's looking for that little extra help, but it doesn't exist.

There’re rumors that the January and February SAT are usually very easy as opposed to ones in other months. However, if you are amply prepared, then it should not matter.

Thanks, dude. You’ve just dug up a 4-year-old thread.

WHOAAA, People! There is nothing as hard SAT exams or easy ones. But there is something like, you weren’t prepared that much, or you got a passage on an issue you are obssessed with or you, on a certain SAT exam, got SC words that you studied by heart!! But, all exams are equal in their levels of difficulties. DON’T FUSS ABOUT WHAT DON’T EXIST.

This is false. The SAT in January isn’t any easier or harder than the SAT give in other months. Also, there is no SAT administered in February.
