<p>Can SAT scores be used for National Merit Scholarships instead of the PSATs? I am a sophomore and planning to take the SATs in may and was wondering if their was a way to use those scores for National Merit without taking the PSATs in my junior year.</p>
<p>SAT’s can’t be used. only the PSAT is the official NM qualifying test.
