SAT ii Bio 770 for STEM schools?

<p>I am and incoming thinking of applying to MIT and some top liberal arts schools to major in chem or biochem, and would love to get in (though I have safeties of course). Will a 770 on Bio M affect my chances for the worse? I know it is not a "bad" score, but will retaking to get a 780 or above significantly affect my chances?</p>

<p>P.S. I am NOT trying to sound snobby or pretentious, this is a genuine concern of mine. </p>

<p>No. Focus on other parts of your App. Colleges really don’t differ the scores after 760+. </p>
