@swiftninja I took AP Bio this year so it will be a huge help for me, but we skipped some topics that was not going to be covered on the AP exam. Those topics will definitely appear on the SAT 2 right?
Is pyruvic acid synonymous to pyruvate in the Barron’s book?
And I also took AP Biology as well this year, but we didn’t not cover any of the information in the Barron’s Plants, Reproduction and Physiology sections. Barron’s is extremely confusing about these areas. Probably need to switch to Princeton. sigh…
I think so. I’m reading that book now.
Does anyone know if the animal hormones that the Barron’s book listed will be on the test? I really don’t want to memorize all of it.
You all taking the test in june? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-subject-tests-preparation/1780254-sat-ii-biology-e-m-june-2015-p2.html come to this discussion @Zitonian i believe you have to know the major ones like calcitonin, estrogen, Anti Duretic Hormone (ADH), etc. @ayraify how much in detail should i know about each kingdom or phylum? AP Biology didn’t really cover physiology nor taxonomy.
@AnniiT Which topics did your class skip?
How accurate are the Princeton Review practice tests?
I’m taking the one this Saturday as well, how far are all of you in your prep books?
@swiftninja I heard that they were probably the most accurate out of all the prep books. @samsunguser I’ve covered all of it. But something tells me i’m missing something…
I’m taking Math II and Biology M the same day. Which should I take first if I’m going for an 800 on the Math and a 770+ on Biology?
@swiftninja All the body systems and some topics about plants. Man I feel like all of you guys have finished reviewing. I am almost done lol. Just hitting for a 750 on the test.
@AnniiT Same here!
@AnniiT Same here. Best of luck to everyone who is taking the test tomorrow! May the curve be in your favor
