<p>I am curious:
If a non-native speaker can get an okay score (say around 600) in the SAT II language tests, should they submit that score to colleges as a way to show that they have some proficiency, and are invested in studying a foreign language? Is such a score at all impressive because the student is NOT a native speaker but can manage to get a decent score? Also: can a good SAT II language score be used like an AP language score to skip introductory classes, or fill a college's language requirements?</p>
