Im taking IB Physics HL but I can only finish one of the two year course. However we did cover most of the topics. Do u think a little self study with a book will be sufficient? Which book would be the best? Thanks!

you can definitely self-study the rest and do fine. i took physics in 10th grade (very cursory and shallow) and with self-studying i was able to get an 800 (mind you that the curve is very generous - sometimes 16 wrong and still an 800, and 8% of all test takers get 800s).

princeton review worked great for me in the review section. its tests were generally much harder than the actual test, so for practice tests i would get some other book (maybe kaplan).

Kaplan's too easy though...I would assume that PR has the best practice tests as Barron's tests material that is not covered on the Collegeboard Test (e.g. AM/FM Frequencies)

i couldnt agree more with qhausqkqh. kaplan seems to be t easy and barrons to cmplicated. pr is the best i think.

i have a question:i got 800 in physics math1 math2 and i am applying next year to mit yale harvard stanford and chicago. which of these universities look more in subject tests??? and will these good scores alleviate th 600 in read
