SAT II Prep Books: U.S. History/Chemistry/Spanish

Hi, everyone. I've been a lurker of this forum for a while and now at last I'm finding the need to actually post something here. (Great site, btw - I recommend it to all my friends lol)

I'm planning to take the U.S. History and Chemistry in May after taking their respective AP classes and the Spanish with Listening in November of senior year.

My question being: what prep books would you guys recommend for these tests? (aiming for 800)

U.S. History: I understand that AMSCO is the god of all U.S. History prep books, so I looked up "AMSCO U.S. History Textbook" and there seemed to be several. Which is "THE" AMSCO book, and would it be preferable to supplement it with something else?

Chemistry: I was actually planning to take this in June of sophomore year, which is what some kids in my school do routinely, but I ended up taking World History instead. I already have Barron's (primary) and REA (secondary, practice tests). I'm assuming this is fine already, but just wanted to throw it out there.

Spanish with Listening: No s

Existe varios libros particularmente para el practica del SAT II--Barrons, por ejemplo. Ellos se venden con el CD por la parte aural. Tambi

Kaplan has really good practice tests, maybe try those out if you have time.
And if you take SAT2 chem after you take chemistry AP class, the test would be very easy to you. You can get an 800 if you don't make too many careless mistakes.

Don't know the other two tests.

Thanks. Yeah, I asked my Regents chem teacher, who said I would basically be guaranteed an 800 if I took the SAT II after the AP. So thought, why struggle to teach myself stuff we didn't learn in class with an okay curve, when I could teach myself stuff we didn't learn in class in world history which has an awesome curve.

But I still wouldn't want to leave anything to chance. Thanks, I'll check Kaplan's out.
