SAT II Scores - Worth Sending?

Hey guys, I have my 4 free score reports to send out by Monday, and I am wondering if they're good enough to send.

Math II: 800
Bio M: 760
US History: 720

The schools I'm looking to send to are UPenn, MIT, Cornell, and CMU. I'm going for a business major so that means WHARTON (my top choice)... I feel pretty confident about the Bio, but is that 720 in US History bad, or is it pretty solid for a business major?

I would send them all. Most scores above 700 are really good. If you are concerned, look on your score report at the percentile of your score to see how you compare to everyone else.

Thanks for the input!

These are the percentiles, but I’m not entirely sure what to make of them (the 800/89th throws me off a bit)

Math II (800): 89th Percentile
Bio M: (760): 86th Percentile
US History: (720): 82nd Percentile

Ya, the Math II percentiles tend to be really low, but, I mean, you can’t do better than an 800 so there’s no need to worry about it. Most top-tier colleges require the SAT IIs if you submit SAT scores (vs. ACT with writing) and do not use Score Choice, which allows you to pick and choose which scores the colleges will see. So, unless you want to take US history again to perhaps raise your score, you should send in all your scores.

I’m not sure how the 89th percentile throws you off. I think you may be misinterpreting its meaning.

Everyone who scores 800 on Math IIC receives 89th percentile. It simply signifies that the top 10% of Math II takers receive 800’s. So, even if you missed 0 on that test, you would still receive 89th percentile.

History isn’t great, but it’s not bad. 720 is a solid score. If you’re not going to retake, I think I would send everything.

Thought Penn did not allow score choice.
