SAT II Writing Sample Scoring system?

<p>I was just wondering if anybody knew the calculations for the writing sample on the sat II. i think its out of 80, but isnt it like </p>

<p>some set number + (score out of 12)x(some number)</p>

<p>i'm pretty sure it says in the real sat IIs book but I had to return that book to the library and I dont remember. thanks!</p>

<p>The entire test is out of 101. The multiple choice is out of 60 points (I think you can figure out how). The essay section is out of 41. You multiply your essay score (out of 12) by 3.43 to get the essay score.</p>
