SAT improvement

Ok, so I just got a 2010 SAT ( Up from a 1950 on June 4th)on the first real test in the BB. It seems easier than the 4-10 practice tests, but that's not all too important .

I got a 690 CR, 660 M, and a 660 with a 10 essay (I always get high essay scores, so I use 10 as a constant for my practice tests)

I have read the BB once, and will read it over once or twice more. I also have the 2400 SAT Barron's book. Oh yes, I also have a list of the Direct hits words. I'm on #180s, but I already know about half or so of the rest, all the way to #400

What would you guys recommend I do, and what would you predict my score will be come October, with the extra help of 5 weeks of school (which will certainly help me out by learning/relearning skills)?

Thanks in advance fellow CCers :)

You should use Dr. Chung’s SAT Math to improve your math score. But be careful; the answer explanations in that book aren’t too great. As with the prediction, Critical Reading, and writing parts, I’m not sure; sorry :(

I would love to break the 700 mark for all of the sections, math especially. I would have a nervous breakdown if I could accomplish 700+ on the math lol. (Jp)

Yes me too! My critical reading sucks but I have good math and writing scores:

My most recent Scores:
Reading: 580
Math: 630
Writing: 680
Overall: 1890

Those are great scores already. Thats basically what i got in my June, except i had a 670 CR. You should go through all of the BB and try Barron’s 2400. I have yet to finish the writing section, but the tips are pretty helpful.
