what was the proportional one? I put p was directly proportional to t

The sequence went like this:

12^10, 12^10+12^10, 12^10+12^10+12^10,…
OR
12^10, 2(12^10), 3(12^10),…

In order to make 12^12, the coefficient needed to be 12^2 or 144.

12^2(12^10) = 12^12.

Guys it’s 3/2. I had some memory loss after this test… The derivative with respect to x of x^2 - 3x - 40 is 2x-3, so the only relative min (thus absolute min) is at 3/2.

i think the proportion one asked for a value for Z. what did you guys get for it?

what was the proportional one? i put t…

Yeah I got t too, and I am pretty sure it’s correct unless I read the question wrong or something…

was it directly proportional to t

I think it was a: directly proportional to t. But I had some difficulty with that problem, so I’m not a 100% certain.

@rah For the z+y grid-in I put 150
it was like:
x+y+z=500
x-y-z= 200
so, 150 should be correct.

-1 so far.

what was the one with the TWO EQUAL areas… the triangle and the rectangle… i put 1:2…

What are the chances that -1 is still an 800? Pretty small right? I guess I could settle with a 780.

shimkihoon, I don’t remember that question. Did you have math experimental?

lappith. yeah… ugh its bugging me…

How about

If the area of a square was z, what was the shaded region?

I got dree dover door (code language)

I put directly proportional to t^2

If one of the constants is negative and you put a really big negative number for T, then the outcome would be inversely proportional, but the T^2 gets rid of this possibility I think?

@good
3/4 Z

I got 3/4z for the area of the shaded region.

Also, it has to be t, I will honestly die if it’s t^2 and I got 2 wrong on math.

dude i just did y=kx for the proportional one…

Goodjobbro, your are right. I plugged in 36 as the area. Found the shaded region to be 27 (3/4 of 36) so it was B.

yea it better be t because if I got that wrong I go from 3 wrong to 4 wrong.

is one wrong in grid in like a 760?

did anyone have one section with
- dog and cat owners
and - the volume of a pyramid?
i had an experimental math section, so it’s possible that this was it (hopefully)
